Chloe Jackson-Kotko

Hi there! I'm a passionate Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Therapist based in Saskatoon, SK, with regular visits to my hometown, Tisdale. My approach focuses on identifying and treating the cause of your discomfort so you can experience lasting results, not just temporary relief. Whether you're experiencing chronic tension, injury recovering, postural issues, or stress, I'm here to help you feel better, move freely, and get back to doing what you love!

Outside of my practice, I enjoy dancing, live music, staying active, spending time in nature, and soaking up the summer sun, alongside my encouraging family and their unwavering support.

If you're curious about my business name, it's inspired by my Tisdale roots, formerly known by its connection to canola ("the land of rape and honey"), and my previous adventures working on a bee farm. In that time, I learnt to appreciate the role bees play in maintaining balance in our ecosystem. To me, they represent community, resilience and natural healing, values I bring into my practice by creating a welcoming, balanced, and therapeutic environment.

What is Manual Osteopathic Therapy?

Manual osteopathic therapy is a gentle, whole-body approach to care. Rather than focusing only on where you feel pain, it considers how different areas of the body are connected and working together. For example, shoulder tension may be influenced by the neck, postural muscles, breathing patterns, or nearby structures such as the ribs, collarbone, heart or gallbladder. When the body is in balance, it can heal and regulate itself more effectively.

Each treatment begins with a thorough assessment and is tailored to your body’s needs that day. By identifying and addressing the root causes of discomfort, whether from stress, strain, or injury, treatment aims to create lasting results. By restoring movement, reducing tension, and supporting overall balance, manual osteopathic therapy helps you feel more comfortable, aligned, and at ease in your body.

Initial Assessment
Your first visit includes a thorough discussion of your health history, and a detailed assessment of your posture and physical function to further understand your body.
Osteoarticular Adjustments
A gentle way to improve joint movement and position using light muscle contractions instead of high force thrusts, with no cracking involved.
Myofascial Release
Slow, sustained stretching of soft tissues to release tension and improve movement — the part of a massage without oil.
Craniosacral Therapy
Subtle techniques that release restrictions within the cranial bones(skull), sacrum, and spinal cord to support your nervous system.
Visceral Manipulation
Uses gentle myofascial techniques to restore the natural movement and function of your internal organs. Used to support the digestive, respiratory, urinary and reproductive systems!
Lymphatic Drainage
Encourages healthy lymphatic flow to help reduce swelling and support your body’s natural detox process.

I went to my first ever osteopathy assessment/ treatment with Chloe. Being unsure of what to expect, the experience was nothing but positive. I left the treatment feeling more calm and relaxed. My body felt more open and mobile than I honestly expected possible from such gentle manipulations
